Time to Upgrade

Have you thought about getting a new case? It seems odd that a DVD drive is stopping you installing your PSU, maybe your case is too small. Do you have a shuttle/small form case at the moment?
Many cases available have the relevant mounting points for micro-ATX, ATX and full ATX motherboards and they can be quite cheap too.

Just a thought.  :)
