8800GTX Problem!

Postby Cobra » Wed Feb 20, 2008 10:36 am

Whenever i run any sort of game, ie flight sim i get all these wierd lines all over the screen for about 1 second and then the display driver 'stops responding and recovers itself'?

What is that about? I have the latest drivers for the card installed. The strangest thing is its quite random, sometimes it happens each time i start playing, sometimes it will be like 1/2 an hour into a flight, sometimes it never crashes at all.

Im also a bit worried about the card, its always made this wierd buzzing noise which does not sound normal to me. Is this something to be worried about? Help please  :)

Its your friendly neighborhood B.S. Nvidia DESIGN

NORMAL.. it only happens when you first start out and pan around, then clears up

They have had that issue for MONTHS and it started when they screwed with the drivers to get CRYSIS to run... they did not care what else it broke
