i've gone an made my toolbar icons huge ;D :o ::) i did it in control pannel, anyone know how to fix ;)

Do you mean the toolbar in your browser or the taskbar at the bottom of the screen?

Taskbar, and I have already reset and it didn't do anything but reset my res :D

Not sure what you mean... but

Right click on properties, go to appearance tab, click on advanced.

or

Right click on the task bar, make sure lock the taskbar is off, drag it to the size you want.... then lock the taskbar.
