Well i found a ATI Agp( cause me motherboard's old) X1650 8-) for $120. but postage is $7.50... and i've only got $120 so i have to walk the dog everyday for 12 weeks days to get $10... but the sale ends in like 3 days so my dad's gonna buy it then i have to wait till i pay him back to get it installed.

The X1650 will suit your system much better than the 8400, and will probably perform a little better too... a RAM upgrade should be the next thing on your "To Do" list, 1 Gig would be preferable.
With 250 watts your PSU will be nearing it's limits though, that'll be something to keep a close eye on

No that's not how much watts my computer's sucking up that's the magnetic force that it produces or something.... watts are W And mine is in WB sooooooooo ::) :-[

And RAM. it's hard to find a cheapish 1 gig to match my system :(

And i found a 512mb oldish ram for my com from $1(Yes i not kidding) on eBay no one has bidded for it.... but the postage is $10 :o

I saw an HD3850 go $5 but postage was $160. not much of a scam...kinda stupid though.
