I got an Asus P5N E SLI and am well chuffed. It runs a E6600 at present - it was easy to overclock it to 3200mz, but am planning a Q660 upgrade. I hear Gigabyte GA-G31MX-S2 iG31 Socket 775 is also good. It depends how much you want to spend on the board.
I like and always use OCZ memory - it rocks!

good luck

Yes OCZ rocks and their customer service is top notch. They visit many forums and help you overclock the things...if you do get a bad stick or a stick thats acting funny they replace it right away. OCZ used to be a bad company from what i hear but I guess they got a new owner or something. Now they are top notch.
