Windows Update

Hey guys this is a silly one there's a windows update that just won't go away, every time I'm going to shut down my computer I get the  usual 3 options (Log off, shut down, restart) The thing is the the shut down option also includes install updates. If I click that it tries to install but never finishes. If I click shut down and don't install the next time it also comes back.

How can I get rid off that update?

Just go to Windows Update in IE7 and do the web based update manually. Once your system is up to date it should not ask that again at shutdown
