Well the new computer has been delivered - although I'm not allowed it until Christmas day =[

MSI S775 nFORCE 650i 8ch Audio Motherboard (SLI Enabled)
XFX Geforce 8600GTS 512MB Graphics card
320GB Samsung Hard Drive
Linksys PCI Wireless card
20X Litescribe DVD drive
Thermaltake Soprano case
Thermaltake 750W PSU
Asus 17" Black 5MS DVI TFT
DVI Cable

I'm really happy

Could have gotten a better motherboard for the same price, and I really hope you mean a Geforce 8600GTS, only because they never made a Geforce 5X00 series. Should run FS9 maxed, and FSX respectably on mid/high settings.
