Motherboard sizes

My old board ATX form factor
30.5cm

Well the difference is 1mm so I'd say it would fit.
However you may need to change the mounting points for the mobo.

You aren't going to have any problem as long as they are both ATX, and if they are both ATX aren't even going to need to change your mounting pins.
