7950GT OC drivers

I am thinking about updating my drivers for my graphics card.(7959GT OC). I also think i need to back-up my current drivers incase i screw up something....how do i back my current drivers?

Figure out what driver you have, write it down, and re-download it later if you need to, but you won't.

Just get the latest official drivers from nVidia.

The new driver will possibly set your graphics settings differently and it will look/perform differently.

That's not a driver issue, it's a setting issue. Use the advanced settings in the Nvidia control panel to see the settings.

thanks for the advice..... i downloaded them and i got my FSX back  ;) also i was wondering will the new driviers bump up my FPS? If not what all will the new drivers make different then the old ones? (the old drivers was the original drivers from a year ago)

Newer drivers usually try to solve old problems.

It depends on your particular hardware, but usally, there are some improvements made (otherwise they wouldn't bother! ). Those improvements may even reduce FPS but give better images etc.

FPS can be drastically influenced by the way you set the driver options.
