I've wanted to know...Is there any practical use for a system that fast? You'd need immense amounts of cooling no? I suppose the nitrogen takes care of that...Last I heard though, liquid nitrogen doesn't come cheap

We'll have 16 core 10.0 ghz CPUs with Quad 4GB GeForce's running at 4GHZ and 16GB of Ram and 10TB harddrives  ;D


Ok maybe that's asking too much , but I mean think about how awesome games would look when we get systems out like that. Sim games like FSXIX or something will barely be differential from real life. By then FSX will be as obsolete as subLOGICs FS1, and we won't even remember the times of hardship we had with FSX, heck I bet if you ran FSX on that kind of system, you'd get 250FPS with maxed out settings

More dude...Way more...16GB of RAM should be possible in the next few years...10TB is nothing...and 4GHz too is nothing...LOL...And with Hardware 40 years from now, FSX will run at 999FPS rather than 250FPS

lol ur definately right.  ;D  I always underestimate things  ;), but you still get my point? I mean Crysis already looks pretty good to me. only a matter of time. God only knows what problems we'll face when FSXIX comes out, but for now, it's FSX and X plane 9 for me

I gotta get me some liquid nitrogen!!!
