Hello all. I've got a recurring problem with playing back videos in H.264 format. They play, but the video and sound stutter like a processor overload.
Sure, I know...my GC sucks (see sig...Geforce 2 equivalent). Thing is though, I've noticed that there is a bloated looking process in my ststem...THE SYSTEM IDLE PROCESS! >:(
What the heck is it! Why does it taunt me with 100% processor load (shown in task manager)!
I should mention...this doesn't affect fs or other games- just video playback in WMP.
