Could someone recommend a video card that will run FSX well?

NO, the video card does not RUN FSX.  If you tell us your motherboard, CPU and RAM we can recommend a Video card that is best matched to it.  FSX performance will be be almost entirely dependent on CPU and FSB speed matched to a lot of fast RAM.

First thing you need to do is get the RAM up to at least 1GB preferably 2GB.

Then, depending on your budget, go for a Radeon X1650 or X1950, an NVidia 7800 or 7900 graphics card or NVidia 8600GT.

However. don't expect to push FSX much beyond medium settings

how can I increase RAM?

There is a Radeon X1650 that says "512MB"... so wouldn't I be able to use that card with my current computer?

Well for starters, forget ordering from dell (also the link doesn't work), it would be a waste. Look at www.newegg.com . I assuming you have ddr2 ram so try this : http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.a ... 6820220144

As for the video card, again, assuming you have pci-e :

Well I have a video card in mind.  But the only reason I'm solely looking on dell is because of the fact that I know I'm not going to give away information to an unreliable site, and because my tower is a dell, so I wanna make sure that it is compatible.

If that (what you mentioned above) will give me better preformance along with the upgraded video card, then I think I'm set :)

I'm looking for around 20 frames at settings of Medium-Low.  The last time (with my current card, ram, so on) I only got around 10 frames with settings at low ::)

Thanks for the help

Ordering from Dell will not guarantee it's compatible unless you know what type of interface you have, and once you know that theres no point in ordering from Dell anyway. Newegg is an extremely reliable retailer, with fair prices to boot. Ive ordered from them many times. I have a dell myself and have changed several things, all from Newegg. BTW the card I posted has a $60 dollar rebate. At $112 dollars, thats a fricken steal.

Could you suggest a 2 x 1 ram stick(s) for me to use? I'm having a little trouble finding them.
