Setting Up 2 different monitors

I have two TFT monitors - a 1440x900 (16:9) and a 1280x1024 (5:4) one.
So they can't be more different, one is wider, one is higher.
Is there a way to set them up in windows and FS to use one for the main view and the other one for gauges like GPS, TCAS, external windows like Ultimate Traffic Timetable and  Flight Assistant?
That would be really great!
