8GB iPhone will now retail for $399

Boy,  I'm sure glad I didn't buy one when they first came out.  Don't know if I'll buy one now.  I just dropped ATT for Verizon,  ATT's for me sucked.

Apple has dropped the 4GB model from the iPhone lineup. Its sales have been lagging behind the more spacious 8GB model so Apple decided to remove the dead weight. In addition, Apple has cut the price of the 8GB iPhone by $200

I'm still trying to get my life to the point where it's simple enough to not need ANY cell phone  :P
