How do i OC my EVGA 7900 GS 256mb vid card  i dont feel like im getting everything outta of it that i need for FSX.

What are your Motherboard/CPU/RAM specifications?...these are more likely culprits for poor FSX performance

MB: Asus P5L-MX duo core. CPU Intel Duo core 3.0ghz and i have 2GB of DDR2 RAM

You can use nTune if the card didn't come with any proprietry o/c software on it's install disk.

I've had mine clocked to 650/825 since new, I used a video bios editor and locked the card there in bios.
