New System for a friend

A friend of mine is looking to order a new system. Currently looking at this one off Newegg:

Budget is about $300 US. Any comments on this? Or better suggestions around the same price?
Also what would be a good vid card that would not be bottlenecked by this system?

Not bad for the money. However either increase the RAM or uninstall Vista and put XP on for better performance ;)

As ozzy said, good for the price. I would pay a bit more and get something a better to run vista.
