New Graphics Card???

I am currently going to buy a new Vid/Graphics Card.

I currently have nVidia GeForce FX 6150.
I was wondering whether i should get a nVidia geForce 7300GS 256mb for $79.95 or nVidia GeForce 8500GT 512mb for $139.95?

P.S All in AUD currency (australian)

I currently have a PCI-E GeForce 8500GT 512mb on this system and its great.  Fan less version.  About a $100 USD.

The one i am talkng about is the PCI-E version with the fan though Cheaper and better than yours i guess....
