Weird

As i viewed my system Info today i noticed something weird. I looked at the System Specs from the control panel. At the place where it says stuff about the processor and memory i find it different from when i last viewed it. Last time I viewed it it said Intel Pentium 4 CPU 2.xxGHz 3.20GHz. I have Hyper threading so shouldn't they both be the same? Now today i viewed it and both numbers say 3.20GHz. What the heck is with it?

I am sure it is using the power save feature that reduces the speed of the processor when the system has been idle for a period of time, its normal although I shut all that down so my processor is always lit
