my new system

well, my hard drive on my laptop went out the other day (lost all my payware unless its salvagable!)..so mum said i can get a second hand one til xmas..which is fair..

is this good specs to run FS9 on medium settings?

intel pentium 4 512mb ram 2.4GHz 40gb hard drive..

You should be able to run most settings at Med or Med-Low and still get acceptable frame rates.

i cnt fully remember my specs, but my stepdad is away on business right now and he will be back thurs so he will look at it then, but til then..i am hoping =D

wat FPS could i be getting with it?

You had a 2.6 Celeron with 512 MB RAM and a Radeon 3000 GPU ;)

Nothing much to choose between them..probably simpler to stick with the 'new' laptop than try to rebuild the old one..you should try to recover your data from the old Hard-Drive though
