This, I get it all the time and as you might expect it's starting to get on my nerves:

It sounds like you have another application running that is not releasing the threads for FS9

MSVCRT20.DLL is known for that issue.

Perhaps installing the latest C++ library update may resolve it...

Thats the work of some joker here at simV

Although I do have a few 10-12-15K post counts around the net, I dont think I could make that many posts unless I was alive until our sun went nova in another billion years or so

ADD: Could be, back Photoshop, Outlook, iTunes and MSN running in the background... ::)

Run out of available memory and the error you posted above are two completely different things

yes, run out of memory is probably due to all of the above running at the same time but also make sure the page file is set correctly too. If you are running 2 gigs, set it to 3072-3072 on the same drive as Windows. If less than 2 gigs "System Managed" should work fine
