Computer stopped working

This Topic will becomme a little bit difficult for me to understand.My knowledege of technical English is not very uptodate.

What happened is;my rig stopped working just all over sudden.
The screen just freezed from one moment to another.
I swichted the Power off.switched on again...nothing happens.Then i noticed that there was no "Beep" coming from the BIOS. What the Hell has happened?

System Specs;as far as i have them on my mind)

Fujitsu-Siemens Scaleo H
AMD 3800+ 64x2 DC
M/B Asus A8NE-FM
2048 MB RAM

The Rig is about 1Year old.
Has anybody an idea whats wrong with my Rig?
