Well....

The CH Yoke and Pedals are great, I've put away my yoke for now because it's getting old and falling apart, went back to using my Sidewinder with the pedals.  The sidewinder is not very good, I would NEVER suggest it.  The force feedback is pretty bad, it is fairly lacking in the button department.  I personally plan on getting an X-52 as soon as possible

I'm thinking for my money, that the Cougar Thrustmaster i would buy, or CH yoke and pedals. I dont know what is better, but i guess i 'll stay with the cougar really! ;)
I saw that the price the Saitek X52 is close than Cougar, now i understand...maybe i'll buy it! ::)

Cougar Thrustmaster. It feels real, its durable, FOXY is awesome for mapping, I just can't say enough good things about it. Though I would like some more tension on the throttle.

Cheers

Microsoft Sidewinder Force Feedback PRO
thanks :)

Probably that one. With forces disabled. I've already got a replacement for mine should the sidewinder ever die, but it's still going strong and I like better than anything else I've used.

My original MS Sidewinder Force Feedback Pro died (internal electrical fault) a few years ago.

What Paul said...

I've used a Saitek stick since I first started with FS and though I've tried a few others, I always come back to them.

Probably because they're the only ones with enough common sense to make them adaptable for left handers!

What do they think about the new Saitek X52 PRO, i'm thinking to buy it!
or the saitek or cougar, coz shows that this joystick is based in the F-16 technology, the most realist joystick that you'll find!! ;)
but the saitek is beautiful and designer, awesome those leds in the dark i think

what do they think, guys??? :D

thanks!

Saitek's break......easily. The Cougar is a rock.......its modeled by a F16.....you can change the actual stick to other sticks (F/A-18, F15, A10, HH60 etc)

That's kind of odd.  I've had four or five Saiteks now, plus a couple of Saitek game pads and not one has broken on me.  In fact, I can't remember EVER having a problem with one except for the one I took apart to see if I could make it more accurate.  The only complaint I have about them is that maybe they're a bit too light.  Some extra weight wouold hold them on the desk better.   :)

The Saitek joystick is lighter than Cougar... how light is it?

In this case, its a problem for players like that doesnt make movements very quick?
I play prop airplanes more than militay, so i think it wont be a problem...
Cougar or Saitek? ;D
