As long as any joystick has throttle (for collective) and rudder (for anti-torque) control, I'd say their all about equal for helicopters.
The X52 that Paul mentions is nice (I have the X45), with the seperate throttle control for the collective, but........
If your serious about flying helis and your comfortable with your Cyborg, I would suggest putting the money toward pedals. Once you use pedals, I don't think you'd want to go back to a 'twist' rudder, particularly in helicopters.

About trimming during forward/backward flight, you would think people would put gyros in the helicopters with a computer trimming it. It seems cheap, because even my RC helicopter has one...
....but yes, an X52/X52 Pro stick with Saitek's Rudder Pedals, is probably what you want.
Someday I'm going to get a throttle only control and mount it at my side & facing forward, just where the collective should be. Then use the normal joystick for cyclic and pedals for yaw control.
At the moment, I normally use the keyboard for collective and stick for yaw/pitch control.
