Spending money on top of the line parts and powering it with a cheapo PSU is just as sick in my book.

Surprisingly enough, the Lambo may run better on cheaper gas...

My PSU was cheaper than most of the others I looked at, but it was the only one that could deliver more than 24A on the +12V line. In fact, it delivers 30A...more than recommended for a 8800GTS.

I did not mean to go sideways in your topic. I only want to make sure that good information is available to make decisions.

What you picked out is fine. The processor will be a bit bottlenecked by the 8800, and keep in mind the 90nm core 8800 is being phased out for the 80nm 8850 and other Nvidia cards which should all be out in the next several weeks. Ati will also be out too.

I understand you are shipping out and need a solution right away. Be safe and thank you for your sacrifice to the service and the country.

Too bad you are leaving soon. The weather is just about ready to clear up for the season in the Sound area.
