you would have problems running FSX on the 6150, FS9 would be flyable though.

It'll run but you'll have to turn down some of the graphics settings and it won't look as good as it would on a dedicated tower. Alas laptops have limitations.

Actually thats the same setup as I have, and stock it will run FS9 nearly maxed out completly minus the clouds, throw another gig of ram in a relatively good GPU and a new psu (Spend prolly another 300 or so on it at a later date) and FSX would be flyable and FS9 maxed out.....

What do you mean by I have a new pc? I bought this computer last August or september.... I guess its fairly new, Stock its the same as the one in question in this post, I just tossed in my extra 1024 ram, a 7300LE (mistake) and my HPs hard drive. Before I bought the 7300LE I had a 6150 built in and it maxed FS9 out fine with a gig of ram....

Another option would be to build a system using a small form factor barebones unit.
Below is a list of components that I think should come to the same specification as the Asus L100, and it comes to just under

I think that's a bit more than I need, and my budget includes a monitor, keyboard, speakers, everything.
Thanks anyway though.
