Here is his problem. Though its not a bad "ghetto" idea, in reality, a RAM sink really dosn't do anything for the card, UNLESS its being actively cooled. This is why cards now have all their RAM on one side. What you're going to find is that you probibly will not see any gain to putting these on your card, again unless you have a fan blowing driectly on them.

And in the grand scheme of things only overvolting will truely get you your max clock, and that requires a Zalman or water.

For any heatsink to make an improvement, first there must be an overheat problem, unless all you want is aesthetics, which is understandable.

A heatsink only improves heat dissipation if the surface area of the heatsink is large enough to overcome the losses through the heat transfer compound between the

That and the pennies used are not 100% copper you would need to use 1968 or older if you wanted copper content.
