I don't know about AGP. But a PCI-E X1950Pro is more than twice as fast as a 7600GS, based on 3DMark05 scores. A PCI-E 7600GS gets about 4000, and X1950Pro gets about 10,000. On AGP they will be a bit slower, I don't know how much.

and x1950 will rip through FS9 like a hot knife through butter as long as the CPU/memory do not bottleneck it

FSX is a different story.. it wont do too bad but do not expect miracles.. especially since its AGP which will hinder the card in FSX over PCie

A P4 processor @ 3g does not mean anything. Typically the Intel branding of speed when compared to A64 will actually perform under the AMD processor running 2.4-2.6g and in some cases 2.2g. It also depends on the memory bus. If the memory is indeed running @ 200MHz (DDR400) or greater, and the motherboard is supporting a good memory bus, then you are most likely OK however in the case where someone may mix memory modules and the motherboard may 'down-clock' the memory bus to accommodate mixed timing modules, then you have a bottleneck.

3.0 GHZ P4 and 400MHZ memory. There shouldn't be a bottleneck. With a good video card it should be great for FS9. If you have a weak power supply you might consider an upgrade. Modern video cards are very power demanding.

Thanks Cheesegrater I have i think either a pentium 400 or 450 watt power supply i hope this will be ok for the x950pro

Cheese be absolutely right.. according to that report you are ready for Freddie

Everything looks like its running as it should.

With Hyperthread enabled inthe BIOS you may wish to consider installing the Dual core hotfix which MAY (or may not) enhance and smooth out the P4 CPU. Some Intel users have had good results applying that hotfix and the registry edit.
