Can't install nvidia drivers

I have tried to install nvidia drivers but I get this error message


OOPPSSS ..... cant install the drivers and Can't resize to 800 pixels.

Anyone know how to fix it

Do you have nVidia hardware? And did you uninstall your old drivers?

Yes, and  I have a gforce 7600gs 512meg ram pci-e silent

-which version are you trying to install??


here is what i would do
use a driver cleaner, get rid of any existing files

then install the driver that came with your card to see if that works.

then if you want to install the latest forceware (but that could be the problem in the first place)

I can't see the error message because you didn't post the image properly. Can you describe the error?
