Is the ATI X1300 Pro a good card for $129 ?

AGP 256 MB DDR2

NO, the X1300 is not a good card at all.  Go for a Nvidia 7600GT instead for that money, much better card if you have PCI E, I'm not 100% sure there is a 7600 that is AGP, can anyone help me out???

You can buy AGP versions right up to 7900GS series.

The X1300 is not a gaming card.

7600 GT is also in AGP version, but it's more expensive. (

The X850XT or a 7800GS are going to be your best bet. They are the only actual gaming cards (with the exception of the X800 GTO) mentioned.

Both are about $150

Agreed. Although the cheapest you can get the 7800GS is around $200, and the X800 series are around $130.
