X1950pro?

I have a Pentium 4 650
2gb RAM
X850XT PE

And I'm thinking whether I should upgrade to a X1950pro?

Couple of questions:
My CPU will be a bottleneck, how big of one will it be with newer games?

I have decided against Vista / DX10. I doubt a P4 650 is enough for it, and Vista + DX10 video card is to expensive? Do you think this is a good choice?

I prefer ATI. I am used to there tools, I need good shading power, and I NEED HDR + AA.

My power supply is weak, does the X1950pro use more power than a X850XT PE? Any cards of same speed use less power?

X1950Pro definately uses more power, it uses 200 watts under load. Unfortunately, as video cards get faster they use more power so there is no cards that have the same speed and use less power.

Uh. Dosn't the 7900GT use less power than the 7800GTX? The X1950pro uses way less power than the X1900GT while also being marginally faster?

Are you sure it uses 200watt, that seems alllot to me.
