Nick, can you explain this "new math" to me, because your charts definitely show a performance increase as the spec rises, albeit even if the real performance gains are gradually losing ground between sections, the overclock still appears to be giving some real performance benefits. (as we would expect)
I see that the performance gains slide down by roughly 1/2 a percent between sections, but that still leaves us with a significant gain.
The way I'm reading this, it appears as if you are stating that overclocking "to the max" is going to be detrimental to performance, which has me a tad confused. I believe you mean that the higher we overclock, the less actual true performance gain we will actually get, as the performance curve starts to flatten off. Could you clarify it for us please?
