The Number Pad key won't work

By the way, I'm using a laptop and I did hold down the "Fn" key. It used to work but it didn't anymore. Anyone got any idea why? Thanks. ???

Its a Laptop ;) No numb lock.

Go into the keyboard setup in controol panel, check it out there.
