My rig originally cost only $1900...now it's worth alot more to me...

I got it like this:

Windows XP Home
Intel Integrated Graphics Controller
256MB RAM
DVD/CD-ROM Combo Drive
17' CRT Monitor

Now, its way better...See sig for specs...

Cheers,
Ashar ;)

3.5 floppy drives are obsolete. I never bothered fitting one to my new computer and I didn't use the one in my old computer of nearly five years.

I hate 3.5s.  The only time I use 3.5s is when installing Windows on a RAID.  Even then I just take the floppy drive from my dad's PC.  I refuse to install one on my PC. :P

i also make computers. my first custom, which i still have, about 1/3 of the parts are ripped from my old computers. eIDE cables, hard drives, CD-RW, wireless card, etc...

i would've stuffed a floppy in there, but i didnt have the right type of floppy (the covering, and the eject button.) my case has spots for 2 floppys, and i'm only going to use them for the temp gauges when they come in.

idk when i'd ever need them, but by case allows for:

>extra firewire port
>2 floppy drives
>4 optical drives
>6 hard drives

hmm... i just noticed, i can only have 10/12 devices plugged in without an extra card or something. my mobo only allows for 4 IDE's, 2 FDDs, and 4 SATA/150'S.
