I may be absolutely wrong in this assumption however I do not believe your card support 2 monitors completely independent of each other. It may drive 2 monitors and allow different content to be delivered to them based on setting up the system for dual use and dragging the desired screens to each monitor but I do not think you can rotate one and not the other... I could be all wet about that. I believe it requires a TRUE multi-monitor card such a Matrox with the splitter adapter to do what you want to do.

It will interesting to see if the 9600pro will have the same ability.

Each monitor is completly independent. Resolution and what ever else you want to do can be done individually on each monitor.
My work computers run 2 graphics cards and 4 monitors and they are all independent.
