Ordering Problems

Postby caveman16 » Sun Apr 16, 2006 11:03 am

     Hey Guys and Ladies,

Bet you thought I just about had most of my problems taken care of in ordering the  NEW PC parts.      NO WAY ???

     The "ordering procedure"
at www.newegg.com is so confusing to me that I  just walked up against a brick wall. ???

After the research of all the  PC parts - - -  then placing them  on order - - -  I thought I was all ready to  "CHECK OUT" only to find  most of the parts aren't even listed and I need to do it all over again.       But the worst part is  "they" are allready to have my "Money"  and I can't even  REVIEW my order to see if some things are correct or not  and maby some items removed as I updated them.  ???    And I can't even  Talk to  THEM on the phone.

WOW  - - -  Am I that far back in the cave. ;D

Any suggestions   ???  Mayby I should add  " DUMB " to the front of my name.  ;D ;D

I had problems while trying to order the parts for my new system from PC world. In the end I figured that you had about three minutes to select all the bits you wanted, to get them into the "cart" and then to begin the paying procedure. If you were two slow then things would start disappearing from the cart and you'd have to start all over again. It was basically a right royal pain in the arse and after that it took a week to arrive. So I won't be using them again. ;D

Well they should have sent you an email with a reciept of your order. You can also go into the "my account" tab at the top and review your order.

Thanks Guys,   I'll try again and again  and again if needed.    There is no such thing as "give up"  in me .     I don't know what I'm doing wrong - - -  but  it  will dawn on me eventually  .     [Never gave up on the wheel - -did  I  ?   ;D  ]

Good idea about the  E-Mail   - - -   will do.

              Thanks much Guys,       caveman
