I have mixed feelings for you. I'm happy you got an upgrade which is all good, however your drawbacks outnumber the advantages.

1st: Its crossfire not SLi
2nd The X1300 is a all around card, not a deadacated gameing card (your cards average 3DMark 05 score is 2300, while my card scores about 5200 and its an older card ;) )

Anyway as far as 64 bit and Vista, well all GFX cards support these features, they just put it on the box to make it look good. Also what card did you get, as I cannot find a 512mb virsion.

Sorry to be such an a** I just want to get the correct information 8)

Cheers

Okey well that clears it up quite a bit. Sorry to make your happyness go away :( now I really feel like an arse. But on the bright side its a 128MB card, which isnt that bad, as the X1300's tend to have good memory chips on them. Anyway go pick up a copy of ATi tools, and start that overclock ;)

I currently have the Radeon X850 Pro with 256MB of Ram on it, and it runs flight sim perfectly with all graphics levels maxed out, but it doesn't run other games too well.  My system isn't amazing, but I will upgrade when Vista comes out.  I think Radeons are fine cards, but my next card will definetely be an Nvidia.
Mess with the best, die like the rest.

Well the X850 XT PE should run anything max absolutely fine. I think its the rest of your system thats the problem. What are your specs?

Ya don't max everything out right away. Try a 50 ~ 75 MHZ overclock on your memory and GPU just to get a feel of how stable your clocks can be. I've got my clocks at about 75Mhz on the memory, and 125Mhz on the core, but rember that I also have the cooling to match, and the overvoltage. Have fun
