my saitek megagrip V||| ain't working right

on my controller, i have 4 buttons, i have told my computer this, but only one of the buttons follows commands, any ideas on how to fix this?

lol, shouting doesn't help, i got a boxing glove in my face the last time i asserted at the PC, i huess my joystick is too old, a 1994 1 i think

LOL - i'm picturing the screen opening up & an ACME boxing glove springing out!!

i was expecting a glove made by IKEA, good old IKEA, suppliying swedish rubbish that always breaks
