Partition gone bad!

Well that says it, I deleted my hard drives MAIN partition, how screwed am I? the whole 114 gig partion, gone.... this was me slave, Is there ANY way I can re partition the hard drive and get it back, or am I massively screwed? Cheers, the very STUPID Gunny!

can i ask how the heck you deleted a 114 GB partition? if it was the main partition?

ok here's a thing you could try

start>control panel > Admin tools > computer management

in comp. manage. left panel, select Disk management.

find the free space - shold be in RAW format or something. basically search for the 114gb unused space. right click, and say format. when formatting, assuming your in XP, format NTFS.

that will take a while.

that should solve it!

Well that does help, Now for those damned drivers  ::) Cant get the ethernet started in 98SE so I gotta restart, load XP go through download and save to the FAT32 partition and load em up...... But I dont have sound lol gotta fix that! Cheers, Gunny
