Sound Problem Help!!

When ever im listening to music (as i am now) and move a scroll bar in windows or browser it distorts the music.. any one got and ideas on a solution cus its driving me crazy :P

Never heard of it distorting on scroll, try updating sound card drivers? whats the sound onboard or an external card like a creative? Cheers, Gunny
