If your bios doesn't provide overclocking options for your mainboard, it's possible that some third party software will set the clockrates.
Video cards are also clockable thru some driver settings and utils such as coolbits.
I do not recommend either of the above unless you have a good idea of what you are doing.
Trying to overclock an mx video card for FS9 is a dubious exercise.
You really need another video card, there are some terrific ones out there for your machine, many will be a huge improvement, starting at the bottom end, as I listed above, you can work your way towards more modern cards until you hit your budget limit.
Get rid of that MX card - My best advice.
List in reverse order of preference, roughly..... from poorest to best.
GF4 TI4200/4400/4600
Radeon 9600XT
GF FX5900XT/5900/5900ultra
Radeon 9800pro/9800XT
GF 6600GT
Radeon X800GT
GF 6800LE
Many more expensive and more modern cards
Beware of intermittent variations on the listed cards above.
