Force feedback joystick suggestions?

Postby Soulmoon » Fri Nov 18, 2005 11:32 am

Several years back I sold my Sidewinder 2 FF for some quick cash. Been regretting that every since, particularly since those are no longer (Easily) availible. I've been using a cheap Saitek ST290 lately, and while it's comfortable to hold, it feels way too loose. I'd like to go back to a FF stick, but skimming the availible options basicly only shows me the Logitech Force 3D. I trust Logitech well enough, but it looks curved to some extreme angle.

Does anyone have any opinions of it, or other suggestions?

I've looked at that, believe me. The desk space requirements are pretty steep, for me, though, and I'm not sold on the 'wrap around' nature of the joystick. I like to be able to wiggle my fingers.

But, it doesn't have Force Feedback ;) I know FF isn't the end-all be-all of flight simming, though.

The Saitek Cyborg Force stick though looks comfortable... Hmmmm...
