Latest Nvidia Driver with DirecX bugs ?

Hi there,

There seems to be a problem with the latest Nvidia Driver .
(Got a fx6600)
After the Installation 2 problems occur.
1. When dragging a game window (gps etc.) on the second monitor the main monitor gets cut below the window.
The same sometimes happens when tooltips appear.
2. When going with the mouse over some gauges.. all gauges
immediately change their values and jump back as soon as
the mousecursors is out of the gauge again.

It tried now every option the driver has (Acceleration for 2 monitor on/off, sync frames, etc.) Always the same. Now I thought this could be a Fs problem. But as soon as I start other Applications that run in DX Mode.. the same effect appears... all windows get cut by tooltips.
Yesterday a friend told me, he has the same problem with his fx5900. Anyone else got similar problems ??
Btw. maybe someone has a solution ??
Actually I could just reinstall and older driver but the new one seems to be some frames faster.

The 6600 is not an fx series card btw. The fx prefix got dropped for the 6XXX series of cards.

BY, latest nvidia driver, do you mean 77.72?

I have those drivers and they don't seem to have that problem. Try reinstalling them, but use driver cleaner pro first.

There is a gamma problem as listed in the Nvidia knowledge base. i updated to Beta driver 77.76 and it fixed the problem.

Latest RELISE driver is 77.77, I will however put beta on my very sexy 7800gtx.
