Well its old news to most computer gurus. Anyways they would dent my pocket book to much and yet they are directed to the average Joe. I don't get that but I want to see how they do.

Doubt it will do anything to your power. CPUs use very little volts just watts, so get a high wat PSU you will be fine unless your running your power off teliphone lines. I have 2 computers running in this house, 1 with a Presscot and one AMD, both have 2 hard drives going. As long as your power metter is not spinnin like a frisby.

"Your a hardcore overclocker if the only thing that keeps your power bll under 100$ a month is the power meter dials do a full turn thus fooling the power reader."

Trust me Dan, you don't need one!  ;) ;D

Overclockers, and their forums, are great places for people with deep pockets & little common sence. ;)

Ahh, I've never dealt with Overclockers.COM , but, Overclockers.co.uk are just down the road from me, I've dealt with them many times, and usually, what you want is in stock.

Still waiting for the 6600GT Paul ?

Yep...!

Overclockers.co.uk....
...Fenton*....down the road from you... ;)...!

So much for an in-stock item, paid over the odds for next day delivery...been waiting for a week...suddenly becomes out of stock.... :'(...!
...Dabs.com...have 14 in stock...
...like I said..."....Should have gone to.....!"... ::)...!

*Fenton....bad news for me...went there years ago to collect a Sinclair Spectrum item from "Datel", on the Industrial Estate....

Got knocked off my bike and run over, (me and the bike), by a bank security van REVERSING at high speed with blank rear windows...they then legged-it, leaving me in the road...!!!

Hopefully, my graphics card will arrive next Wednesday... ::)...!

Paul...ever optimistic... ::)... ;D...!
...and staying clear of Stoke-On-Trent....especially Fenton.. :'(...!
LOL...!

I've been reading about these dual core chips. It seems to me that they would be great for gaming, but only if the games you are using are made to take advantage of them.

Paul, I know a guy who had a similer experience on a bike, but his happened in Florida and he almost lost his leg.

Well lets put it this way with one of those I could have my virus scan running and FS going and not encounter a hiccup.
