It has to be a SATA (Serial ATA) hard drive to do that, or if you have a spare IDE position, you could buy an IDE drive (ATA 133 for example) and put it on the IDE cable.
There are 4 IDE positions, 2 on each IDE ribbon cable, so with those, plus the 2 SATA drives, you can have a max of 6 hard drives I believe. :)
The SATA drives are faster than IDE generally.
