I got all day! I am sure I can find something of your liking ;)

Edit: I have looked around and did a bit of reaserch and I have found no motherboads yet I did find the best chipsets for PCI-EE and DDR is ther i915P/PL or i915, currently the best chipset for intel is i925XE but this is DDR2. So now you get to decide DDR2 or DDR I will try and find some of both... ;D Shopping is the second funnest part next to turning it on!

Here are some Motherboards I will start out with names and a summary for each, and hope other uys come and comment as I have made my best judgements through research and knowledge a second oppinion will back it up.

Gigabyte:
http://www.giga-byte.com/Motherboard/Products/Products_GA-8AENXP-D.htm
Currently Gigabytes best motherboard on side of their SLI model and other AMD models it supports a 1000Mhz FSB, LGA775 socket cpu, 6 DDR2 DIMMs supporting DDR2 533/400 memory up to 4GB. PCI-E. It does have a new power system that you may need to look into before you buy a PSU.

This is the 915P chipset, supports PCI-E and DDR unlike the newer chipsets as Intel is moving forward with DDR2. This is your second best chipset line. This motherboard does support DDR AND DDR2 kind of a transition board
If you take note if you are going to be buying ram I sugest you go with the DDR2 boards, and get the faster FSBs as they do have more upgrade room. I don't know what your budget allows though as I have not checked any of these prices or prices on DDR2 for that matter.

DFI:

Here s the 935X chipset a step below the XT as you can plainly see with a slower FSB. DFI is know to be a good twaker and overclockers motherboard as it will give you pretty unlimitted controll to you components. It is DDR2.

Another transtion board from DDR1 to DDR2 is supports both on the 915P chipset. 800Mhz FSB again
ASUS
http://usa.asus.com/products/mb/socket775/p5ad2-e-d/overview.htm
this is the 925XE chipset this is ASUSes best chipset here althogh there is a "Premium" model but I cant figure out the different. Supports 1000Mhz FSB, PCI-E and DDR2 again.
http://usa.asus.com/products/mb/socket775/p5gd1/overview.htm
912P chipset , DDR1, 800 Mhz FSB
ABIT:
http://www.abit-usa.com/products/mb/products.php?categories=1&model=239
Same thing as the rest for a summary 1000Mhz FSB, 925XE chipset only 2 PCI slots and loadedwith fans...
I will add more to the list a little later. There is a lot out there, and so check em out narrow them and and compare. Personally I would probably go with the ASUS or Gigabyte boards. Good chipset, high FSB, Fast ram, and both ae good companies. If you are not worried about PCI slots take a look at Abit. DFI, I don't know was not impressed. So if you pick out a few boards from those companies or that list I will look and see what that boards reputation and capablities are and go from there....  ;D
