??? ???

Hello fellow simmers, captjim here,

I'am trying to find out what is the best card to use for my fs2002/04 sims.  I have the following system:  Genunielntel x86 Family 15 model 1 stepping 3 256 0mb Ram 32bit.  Viewsonic G90fb2 on Vision TecXtasy 9200. (hope that makes sence)  I know that there are exppansive high end cards out there, but are they actually worth it.  Does it really improve the system that much.  Sure would like some im-put on this question.       Thanks, again  captjim

Hi Jim, well it comes down to budget really, but for FS the GeForce Ti range are best really.
I run FS on a Ti4600 and still get good results, but if you can afford it go for a newer card. You'll want to up your RAM to 512mb at least for FS9 as well ;)

I generally recommend the 6600 gt as it offers the best performence for its price.

BTW, you never said what the clock rate of your CPU was.

Sorry Ozzy, your praising a Dinosoar!  :P  ;D

Anybody looking for an FS9 friendly graphics card needs look no further than the 6600GT.
