I have one of those and it's bleedin' great.  My fantastic Wife (HerSelf) bought it for me for Christmas '03.  You can program it to make the bloody tea!

Not on the stick itself, but on the throttle underneath your finger tips (which is actually where the rudder trim is on the real Tucano), which is much better than the twist axis on a stick, and a lot easier to use...

That thing costs way more bucks here in Italy. About 150 euros.
I can't believe that it's only less than 20

i was more worried it would turn out to be a local offer. I have seen that happen more often than i care to remember. From initial tests i really like it.

That was what I was beginning to think. In Southampton we have three "GAME" stores (2 of which are only about 100 metres apart...), and frequently the offers and prices are different in each...

At least my initial post has been of use to someone :)

Cheers,

I've been thinking about getting one [$80 U.S] but setting it up looks to be troublesome.  I mean with all the things computers have as peripherals sitting around our desks where is there room to set this up?

Alright you serious flight simulator pilots, let's see some pics of your setup area with the X-45 in use on a daily basis  ;)
