ATI 4.12 available

ATI has just released their newest driver for those looking to upgrade, or in most cases, downgrade.  Todd

So far the 4.12s seem to be very good.

No reall increase in frame rates that I could see but, everything in FS-9 does run smoother.
This is particularly evident in situations such as a fly-by (with AC) of a very detailed aircraft such as the FSDZigns Lockheed 049a

I have the new drivers.

No performence hikes have been noticed in most games/apps, but no decreases in performence are noted either.

I did see a small frame hike of about 3 fps in Half Life 2.
