I had the same card and problem as you SBD2, I think it turned out to be a mipmapping setting in the sim, try reducing the mipmapping to 4 I think.
If the settings don't fix it, then it could be "artifacts" due to an overheated graphics card, which is bad. If you have the TI overclocked, wind it back to normal.
To test for overheating, just take the case cover off the PC and blow a desk fan across the open PC and then run the sim to check.
