I'm wondering if I should get a yoke for FS9? I want to increase realism but dont want to spend a lot of money. What should I get? ???

I think it all depends on the type of aeroplane you fly most...
Personally I prefer a stick...

I mostly fly old vintage planes and GA. Hardley ever military.
